Description: The resident company at Havana’s Grand Theatre, Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba fuses elements of flamenco, ballet and contemporary dance with Spanish and Afro-Cuban rhythms. Celebrated for its uncanny precision, this passionate entourage of 17 female dancers, accompanied by a live band, performs in stunning costumes that swirl and flow as they move gracefully and powerfully in perfect unison.
