Inspired by samba\, this playful ballet recalls the joy of the country of Brazil. \nPiazzola Caldera\nArizona Premiere \nChoreography: Paul Taylor\nMusic: Astor Piazzolla\, Jerzy Peterburshsky \nPaul Taylor’s Piazzolla Caldera is a sensual exposé of tango as reinterpreted and reimagined with modern dance. Taylor honors the tradition of tango\, preserving the essence of the form in his choreography. \nA New Work by Nayon Iovino\nChoreography: Nayon Iovino \nWitness Resident Choreographer Nayon Iovino’s newest work\, which will finish off this evening of exquisite dancing.
