After moving\, both mover and witness share their experiences\, either verbally\, or though writing\, art\, or movement. Movers may then become witnesses and witnesses may become movers. Authentic Movement is a rich\, transformative experience that helps people see themselves and the world around them in a new light. \nDance experience NOT required. DESCRIPTION:In Authentic Movement\, participants listen to their bodies and move from within\, with their eyes closed\, in the presence of a non-judgmental witness. After moving\, both mover and witness share their experiences\, either verbally\, or though writing\, art\, or movement. Movers may then become witnesses and witnesses may become movers. Authentic Movement is a rich\, transformative experience that helps people see themselves and the world around them in a new light. \nDance experience NOT required.
