This year we will have more guest artists than ever before\, an entirely new Cultural Celebration and a Salsa Museum Pop Up designed by our Latin Sol Committee. \nGet ready to learn the rhythms of salsa\, bachata\, hip-hop and more. With renowned guest artists\, exhilarating workshops\, mesmerizing performances and unforgettable socials\, the Latin Sol Festival is your ticket to an immersive Latin dance experience. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a curious beginner\, this event promises to ignite your passion for Latin dance. Don’t miss out – secure your spot today and be part of this vibrant\, dynamic and culturally-rich celebration! \nFounded in 2017 as a part of ASU School of Music\, Dance and Theatre’s Sol Motion project\, the festival is a three-day event composed of social and performance dance workshops\, lectures by visiting guest artists\, evening social dancing\, dance performances and more at various locations on the Tempe campus. \nLatin Sol encourages exposure to learning by bringing guest artists from out of state who provide varied teaching perspectives and encourage crossover interactions between multiple dance communities. \nHosted by the ASU Salsa Club\, Latin Sol is primarily by ASU students and alumni for the students and alumni. Although designed primarily with the ASU community in mind\, Latin Sol also welcomes and cherishes participation by outside members of the dance community.
