As of 8/9/21\, Tempe Center for the Arts (TCA) remains committed to a health and safety conscious approach to minimizing the spread of COVID-19 in our community. The Delta variant of COVID-19 has proven quite troublesome. In response to the CDC’s new mask guidance\, the City of Tempe reinstituted a mask requirement for all individuals who enter city facilities\, including TCA\, regardless of vaccination status. We are currently assessing the implications of this requirement on events within TCA. We are also coordinating with our arts and culture colleagues in the Valley to plot a path forward through the uncertainty of the fall. We will be in contact again with an update as soon as we have new information. PERFORMERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES\, EXCEPT WHEN PERFORMING ON STAGE OR PERFORMANCE AREAS.\n\nTCA HEALTH AND SAFETY – PATRON VACCINE POLICY. As of 9/7/21\, the City of Tempe is implementing the following COVID-19 policy: Patrons attending ticketed events at Tempe Center for the Arts are required to provide proof of full vaccination and are required to wear a mask. An official vaccination card or a digital photo are accepted forms of proof. We will be checking vaccination cards at the main entrance\, as well as at the Box Office. Patrons will be notified with a link to the TCA website for more information. (This does not apply to performers at this time.)\n\n\n\nEVENT CANCELLATION/CHANGE/REFUND POLICY: Please be aware that the City of Tempe has the power to change its policy or close TCA due to excessive numbers of Delta Variant/COVID-19 cases. If for any reason that the live performance must be cancelled or changed\, DDT will propose a contingency plan which may allow the festival to continue as a hybrid or fully virtual presentation. Depending on whether there is a full cancellation or change\, we can access and address refunding part or all of the participation fees at that time.
