This enchanting work mesmerizes with Tchaikovsky’s magnificent score. This production demonstrates and celebrates the remarkable accomplishments of both organizations and gives audiences the rare opportunity to experience a performance by the next generation of performing artists in Phoenix. \nThe School of Ballet Arizona offers performances that demonstrate the School’s remarkable accomplishments. Please arrive 15 minutes before your student’s scheduled audition class. \nProcess after registering for an audition: \n\n Audition class or open audition\n Decision letter\n If accepted\, link to registration\n\nChildren’s and Lower Division \nFor students ages 4-8. If the student does not have dancewear\, they may take this audition class in shorts (no denim) or leggings\, a t-shirt and socks. Female students are to have their hair in a bun\, neat and off the face. \nFor students ages 9 – 12. Dance Apprentice Company is a supportive community fostering creative aerial and modern dance performance opportunities while empowering the individual to embody confidence in their artistic and technical abilities and to work well as a team member. We are a safe\, supportive\, non-competitive environment\, students can soar in their artistic expression\, connecting the ground and the air. \n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\nStudents should have at least a full season of aerial classes and a year of some form of dance experience.
