This month, we are excited to vibe out with VibeUp Fitness, a duo hip hop inspired dance fitness program designed to tone & energize participants of all ages & fitness levels – Catch the Vibe! And in the holiday spirit of giving back, we will be collecting canned and non-perishable food items for St. Vincent de Paul. Bring at least 2 items and receive a “duce” ($2) off your class (4 items for $2 off both classes – $8/class).
12-1pm VibeUp Fitness w/ Vibe Broz
1-2pm Hip Hop Groove Choreo w/ Zoom
Food & drink specials include $5 mimosas (even drink them during class – we don’t mind!), so come get your brunch and dance on with EPIK this Sunday at @the duce! All ages and levels welcome – family-friendly atmosphere with lots for everyone to do! Bar with ID.
$10 per class plus some awesome food and drink specials:
– $5 Mimosas
– $5 Off Duce Jar Vintage Cocktails
– “Duce Off” ($2) Food Order
**ALL Ages and ALL Levels Welcome. Bar w/ID**
Any questions, please email us at gro.ocecnadkipenull@ofni!
The Duce’s Sunday Brunch runs from 11am-3pm, so you can come early to eat, or stay and grab a drink or some yummy food after class (or during class – no one’s judging)! 😉 . Deejay Tyger is on the 1’s and 2’s in the brunch area the whole time! Families are welcome!
If you haven’t been to the Duce before, you are in for a TREAT! It’s “pretty meets gritty and produce meets prohibition.” What the duce?…it is what it was … a 1928 warehouse that once anchored a bustling produce district by day… the notorious deuce by night… dice, vice, jazz and other not so good clean fun!
