More dances for Halloween with guests Velocity Dance Company. Using silk hanging from the rafters and other unique props, this noted dance company will present a lively, fun, and sometimes scary concert for everyone. Come see a collection of dances about the things that give you chills.
A collaborative choreographic company, dances are created by individual choreographers in the group with story-telling woven into the dances, recounting nightmares and monsters hiding under your bed, living in an asylum, a mummy hanging from the ceiling, and eerie visions using advanced digital imaging! Incorporating youth dancers from Canyon Dance Academy, the poignant look at the serious as well as humorous side of things that scare us, will keep you buzzing about more than teen-age vampire love stories!
