Feast your senses on the power of world art performances and be prepared to indulge on the Phoenix World Arts Collective experience!
De Color y Llanto, translates to “Of Color and Weeping [pain]” because the beauty of life is held within the balance of both happiness and hardship. This event is about celebrating life and culture, embracing our roots and knowing that at times there is no beauty without pain.
International Dance Show: “De Color y Llanto” presents an authentic cultural experience, beginning with a WorldDANCE show featuring belly dance, Mexican folk, Indian Classical dance and Feather Fan arts and ending with some of the most renowned Flamenco artists in Arizona and the Southwest!
Alex Hristov, Arizona Flamenco guitarist, musician and composer will open the VIP hour for “De Color y Llanto” (Of Color and Pain). Alex Hristov is best known for his ability to play deeply emotional, traditional Flamenco while venturing into Latin music, jazz and other genres with ease.
