GROOV3 is a one hour, high energy, dance till you drop cardio funk class with a mission to inspire change and build communities through the power of dance. Simple combinations to accommodate all fitness levels and featuring the hottest mixes and a live DJ regularly, join the GROOV3MENT! Dance, Sweat, Live your life!
GROOV3 has an emphasis on BOOSTING CONFIDENCE, WEIGHT LOSS, and an OVERALL SENSE OF WELL-BEING.

Urban Pop – A fun mix between hip hop and pop along with some funk grooves!

The Duce’s Sunday Brunch runs from 11am-3pm, so you can come early to eat, or stay and grab a drink or some yummy food after class (or during class – no one’s judging)! 😉 . Deejay Tyger is on the 1’s and 2’s in the brunch area the whole time! Families are welcome!
