Workshops begin with a general warm up, conditioning excercises, and stretches to prepare you for the air. Using aerial silks, rope, hoop, and trapeze as the tools, students will be guided through excercises and work on shapes, wraps, transitions, and “tricks”.  Each student will be challenged individually, from the first timer to the professional. Come try something fun and new for the holidays.
