Scorpius Holiday Aerial Workshop, December 21, 12-3 pm. Beginning & Intermediate Levels for Teens and Adults. $40 if you pre-register at www.scorpiusdance.com (under classes) or $50 at door.

Workshops begin with a general warm up, conditioning exercises, and stretches to prepare you for the air. Using aerial silks, rope, hoop, and trapeze as the tools, students will be guided through exercises and work on shapes, wraps, transitions, and “tricks”.  Each student will be challenged individually, from the first timer to the professional. Come try something fun and new for the holidays.
