The Scottsdale Community College Dance Program presents Images in Motion, a dance concert performed by SCC’s two resident companies and guests, on Friday, December 12 and Saturday, December 13, 2025. Images in Motion will be presented in person and via livestream.
In the tradition of inspiring productions, SCC dancers and guest performers will demonstrate their artistic and physical excellence through a variety of dance styles in Images in Motion. This all-ages concert will provide a thrilling evening of entertainment.
The performers will be:
Instinct Dancecorps, an SCC company performing works by faculty members Karryn Allen and Angela Rosenkrans, as well as guest choreographers Liz Dibble, RaShawn Hart, and Hannah Victoria
Fusion Dance Ensemble, an SCC company performing works by faculty members Karryn Allen, Adrian “Lobo” Miramontes, Jennifer Rhea McKusick, and Lisa Thorngren
Guest performers will showcase this year’s winners (yet to be determined) of SCC’s Creative Connections Choreography Competition, which is designed to bring together high school, collegiate, and professional dancers.
The SCC Dance program is the largest among all Maricopa Community Colleges. Each year, SCC Dance attends the prestigious collegiate American College Dance Association Conference where it has been selected for the final gala performance numerous times since 2000.
