Patron & Digital Media Coordinator – FT – The primary function is to be in the physical office as the point of contact for patrons at the Webb Center Box Office. This position is a member of the team charged with achieving annual sales and awareness goals. The Coordinator will also maintain the Webb Center brand on the website and social media platforms, provide digital designs for other communication and other duties as assigned. Teacher for Adaptive Dance – Downs Syndrome – PT /Saturdays 9-11 am – The Teacher provides direct creative movement and dance instruction to students ages 5-18 with various neurocognitive disabilities and ensures a safe, challenging, fun, and accessible experience for the students who are part of the program.

NEW Box Office Coordinator – FT –  assists with the day to day operations of the box office, including ticket sales, customer relationship management, financial reporting functions, and recognizing and pursuing opportunities to develop and maintain group business.  Must be able to think strategically; be proactive and assertive; and assist seasonal staff by demonstrating effective customer service, accurate sales transactions, strong leadership and clear communications.  This role requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an acute understanding of managing customer and donor relationships. This person works closely with the Box Office Manager, Director of Development, Director of Marketing and our Education and Community Engagement Manager.

Box Office Representatives – PT Seasonal – Box Office Representatives provide seasonal telephone and in-person sales of individual tickets and subscription packages, as well as customer service to support professional and student performances for Ballet Arizona. Representatives will work at the main box office location near downtown Phoenix during regular business hours, and will also provide in-person ticket sales support at the box office at Symphony Hall, the Orpheum Theatre, the Dorrance Theatre, and the Desert Botanical Gardens on the evenings and weekends of performances.

Education & Community Engagement Internship – The purpose of Ballet Arizona’s Education & Community Engagement Internship is to provide interns with the opportunity to gain practical work experience in the nonprofit arts sector under the guidance and mentorship of a supervisor who has knowledge and experience in the field of Education & Community Engagement.

Intern will research and develop a plan for structure of SCPA Broadway Fan Club designed to support growth and development of SCPA Broadway audiences.

Assistant House Manager – Per Diem – seeking Per Diem Assistant House Managers to perform front of house duties and assist in the leading of volunteer ushers for performances and events. Most events and performances happen in the evening and on weekends, but some day opportunities may be available during our high season.

NEW Scottsdale Arts Development, Events & Fundraising Intern – Fall 2021. This internship will provide valuable insight and exposure to the philanthropic processes of the largest arts nonprofit in the state. The Development Intern will work closely with all members of the Development team to plan and execute events, create social media and digital content for fundraising campaigns and donor recognition, gain introductory knowledge of Tessitura CRM, participate in membership/donor acquisition & analysis, grant writing and retention initiatives including processing direct mail appeals and stewardship communications.
